3 teas of herbs against colds and fever

They are often accompanied by temperature, and sometimes it is very high. Due to the accompanying health problems and medications that a person with a cold is already taking, they often resort to methods of lowering high temperatures with natural teas, and not with additional antibiotics.
In folk medicine, there are a large number of effective recipes from medicinal herbs for “removing” high fever, and these are some of them that you can try.
Flower tea is also called rose
Mix 2 tablespoons of finely chopped bellflower (Sambucus nigra) and rose flower (Rosa gallica) and pour into 600 grams of boiling hot water. Cover and leave to stand for 2 hours. Strain the tea and sweeten with honey, if desired. Drink 200 g before breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Flower tea is also called chamomile
Take 2 tablespoons of finely chopped flowers called (Sambucus nigra) and chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomila). Mix the flowers and serve in 600 g of boiling water. Leave the tea covered for 2 hours, outside the stove. Strain the tea afterwards, sweeten it with honey and drink 200 ml three times a day, before meals.
Thistle and marshmallow tea
Mix 2 tablespoons of finely chopped leaves and flowers of buckthorn (Achillea millefolium) and marshmallow flowers (Althaea officinalis). Serve the mixture in 600 g of boiling hot water. Leave the tea covered for 2 hours. Strain it and sweeten with honey. Drink tea during the day.
